60-minute initial consultation: $210.00
Please note that it is required to complete your online intake form prior to your initial visit. Depending on your health history, the intake form may take 20-30 minutes to complete. Please complete it at least 24 hours prior to your visit. During the initial visit, your case will be thoroughly reviewed. Lifestyle recommendations, a food diary, and/or lab requisitions may be given. A complete and comprehensive treatment plan will be created and then discussed in detail during your next visit.
15-minute follow-up appointment: $65.00
30-minute follow-up appointment: $115.00
45-minute follow-up appointment: $165.00
60-minute follow-up appointment: $195.00

75-minute facial rejuvenation acupuncture: $205.00
Note: All naturopathic appointments, including acupuncture billed under naturopathic services, are GST-exempt.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Dr. Lam's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The cancellation fee is 100% of the appointment fee. The cancellation fee for complimentary meet-and-greets is $30.00.
